Beautiful room with wonderful view of the city. Phenomenal, friendly service from everyone in the building. Amazing rooftop pool with 360 view of central Bangkok. Centrally located, with lots of accessibility to Sukhumvit, Thong Lor, as well as both Skytrain and Metro access.

Very few complaints. Note that it's a bit of a walk to the Skytrain or Metro, and that sidewalks in the neighborhood can be spotty.

This is great value for money. The rooms are huge with amazing view of BKK skyline. We loved it. The staff is extremely friendly and takes care of everything. If something is not right they fix it right away. We enjoyed the pool even though the top floor pool was closed due to earthquake building work. The best thing is that you x an have breakfast until 5pm. This is amazing as you want to sleep in when on vacations and not be stressed about missing breakfast. Would always go back!

I travel the world and stay in the top tier hotels. This is a wonderful hotel, with absolutely phenomenal service. The staff are amazing. The rooftop pool for the suites is amazing in the day and at night. “Breakfast” is served until 5 pm and they made custom food for me everyday. Top tier experience and great hotel. Highly recommend.

The ONLY thing about this hotel is it takes about 8-10 minutes by cab or shuttle or grab to get to the main road. So, the location is great but the traffic specifically on that road does cost a little time when leaving or returning,

The mattress was legit amazing. The view over bangkock sitting in the bath. The brekfast was phenomenal. We absolutely could not fault anything here.

This hotel is a must stay when coming to Bangkok. From the moment we arrived we had a true 5 star experience; with friendly welcoming staff and concierge. Our room was absolutely out of this world; with an amazing view over Bangkok from a high floor. The decor of the room was outstanding and the room was so modern and fresh feeling. The bathroom was absolutely stunning and had the nicest most luxurious feeling bath. We loved the amenities at the property such as the 24/7 rooftop pool which gave you a pretty exceptional view when swimming and relaxing after a busy day in Bangkok. The rooftop bar was also outstanding. It was also situated in an amazing location with major shopping centres and BTS station just a short 10 minute walk away. We were sorry we only had 1 night here and it will be definitely top of o ur list should we return to Bangkok

Our experience in Bangkok was truly unforgettable. The hotel’s prime location, stunning property, and exceptional staff made our stay extraordinary. This was our second stay at 137 Pillars Hotel, and for good reason! Visiting Bangkok again, we didn’t think twice about returning to this great property. The room was absolutely spacious, offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The bed was incredibly comfy, and the staff were always polite, friendly, and attentive, making us feel well cared for during our stay.One of the highlights was the upper pool, which is exclusively accessible 24/7 to suite guests. The view from there is simply surreal—a breathtaking experience! Another standout feature is the "guest room" available for customers to shower or rest after check-out, which is an incredibly thoughtful and convenient touch, especially for late flights.The location is also excellent, with plenty of restaurants nearby offering a wide variety of cuisines. The BTS station is just a 15-minute walk away, which we found very convenient for exploring the city.

There are a couple of areas where improvements could elevate the experience even further. Some of the furniture and carpets seemed a bit outdated and not as clean as one would expect from a property of this caliber. As carpets are notoriously difficult to keep clean and tend to trap dirt, I would suggest considering their removal or upgrading them to maintain a fresher look and feel. Additionally, the small jacuzzi pools on the last floor appeared to have been neglected in terms of cleanliness. For a hotel at this price point, attention to these details would make it even more exceptional.

So perfect so clean so nice so center, the staff amazing the hotel is so modern the view is heart taking we did adore our suites and also the access to top floor private swimming pool.

We stayed in the Ayutthaya Suite, which was nothing short of spectacular – spacious, elegant, and incredibly luxurious.The housekeeping team deserves a special mention; every day, it felt like we were stepping into a brand-new suite. The attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness were second to none.The staff across the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, but a special shoutout goes to the bar team. Every day, we enjoyed their signature watermelon drink, which quickly became a highlight of our evenings – absolutely delicious!The rooftop pool is unlike anything we’ve ever seen – undoubtedly the best pool we’ve ever experienced. With its stunning 360-degree view of Bangkok, it’s a place where you could spend hours just soaking in the beauty and atmosphere.Every detail at 137 Pillars Suites worked seamlessly to create an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return soon. All was good. Just misunderstanding about deposit when we arrive was a bit annoying.

The most romantic and beautiful hotel that me and my wife have ever stayed. Bathrooms are amazing, bed is the most comfortable in my entire in my entire life …so soft you almost feel like your floating. Exquisite rooftop infinity pool ( you can only access it if you’re staying in a Suite room), and the pool for everybody on the lower floor is also beautiful and relaxing with an amazing view . Food was delicious and the staff aims to please. Highly recommended

Third visit to 137 Pillars, always impressed with its green oasis just 2 minutes drive from the hustle and bustle that I love about Bangkok. The personal service is impeccable. The rooftop level 24 hour infinity pool with a dream view and Jacuzzis are always a wonderful offering. Their non-commercial brand means they take time to pay attention to you and actually want to maintain their great reputation. If you can afford it, upgrade to the bigger suites to really enjoy the space.

Sadly their TVs are still not updated, which means I cannot access any of the common apps such as Netflix or YouTube during my stay, which is highly inconvenient. They offered to come and install chromecast on my TV on my last night, which I wasn't aware was even an option. I wish they had informed me at check-in and at my previous visits. Then unfortunately, their chromecast wouldn't connect to mine or anybody else's phone, and this wasted a whole hour of my evening with the hotel staff trying to connect me to Chromecast. Please will the hotel upgrade your TVs urgently, or else install the ability for your TVs to share a screen with our smart phones like all other hotels. I don't want to have to travel with my own Chromecast. If you can finally fix the outdated TVs, 137 Pillars would hands down become one of my favourite hotels in all my travels.

Kind and caring staff made us feel very welcome during our stay. The shuttle service was very helpful!

Even though breakfast was available till 5 pm it would be nicer if they could have more varieties of buffet menu. However, order menu was very nice in quality.

The shower water was not enough

The room is gorgeous. Clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing.

Staff were super friendly and they speak English . Also they surprised me with flowers and balloons for my birthday without me even mentioning anything about my special day !
